CityBuilders, an Initiative of the Auburn University Institute of Real Estate Development, will host its fifth Annual Symposium and Industry Networking Event on Thursday, May 16, 2024. This will be our inaugural CityBuilders Symposium event in Birmingham and will take place at the Diamonds Direct Ballroom at Regions Field, home of the Birmingham Barons. This year’s event will combine insights and perspectives from a multitude of Alabama leaders including prominent developers, capital providers, businesses, economic development officials, and governmental institutions.

The Symposium will include exceptional panels focused upon four major geographic areas of Alabama—Northern, Central, I-85 and Southern Alabama. In addition, there will be a top tier Capital Markets fireside chat with major financial institutions and players. At the end of the day there will be an evening networking event for all attendees when the Barons host the Chattanooga Lookouts starting at 7pm.

This promises to be the premiere commercial real estate event for Alabama in 2024 and you’ll want to join us!
