The Future of Affordable Rental Housing and Real Estate Development —Innovation, Capital, and Partnerships
The third annual symposium will bring together Governmental leaders, Capital Providers, Real Estate Developers, and other key market participants to discuss the future of affordable rental housing developments and communities. This talented group of leaders and changemakers will share some of the unique challenges and opportunities of developing successful affordable rental housing developments in major Southeastern markets. New and innovative approaches to partnerships, capital sources, design, and construction will be shared and discussed with the audience.
The symposium will consist of three afternoon panels and an industry networking event. The Atlanta Braves vs Philadelphia Phillies game begins at 7:20pm. Symposium attendees have exclusive private access to the world-class ‘Back Porch’ venue over center field.
