Robert Simon
As President & CEO of Corporate Realty Associates, Robert Simon provides leadership, service, and innovation for his clients and associates. Robert is committed to the development of Birmingham’s City Center and recognizes the potential and impact of its growth to the surrounding communities and the state of Alabama.
For over 30 years, Robert Simon’s vision, creativity, and sense of community and inclusion have helped clients and partners improve the communities in which they live, serve, and invest. One of his strengths is in starting the conversation: understanding the market, the trends, and the culture of a community, which allows him to build a strategy and the teams that can execute it. The product is something a community can live in, work in, and take pride in.
To deliver these results, Robert draws on his deep experience in public-private partnerships, corporate services, residential real estate, sports and entertainment, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. This background gives him the tools to help create community-based anchors that improve the landscape in responsible and meaningful ways.
